Technical Draughtsman

We are looking for a driven Technical Draughtsman To join our client's team. As a Draughtsman, you will work closely with the various teams to design customised packaging and sorting systems. You will be responsible for creating technical drawings and converting concepts into detailed plans for our production and installation teams to implement.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of technical drawings and designs for sorting and packaging machines.
• Translate customer needs into functional designs in collaboration with the project team.
• Working with 2D and 3D drawing programmes to create accurate designs.
• Support product development and ensure designs meet technical requirements and quality standards.
• Work closely with production departments to solve technical problems and suggest improvements.
• Keeping all design documentation and drawings up to date.

Who are you?

• Diploma in a technical field (e.g. electromechanics, mechanical engineering or similar).
• 3-5 years' experience with technical drawing programmes.
• Accurate, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Affinity with the packaging and/or food industry is a plus.
