Technical director of security

As technical director, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Co-develop business strategy and set it out in multi-year plans
• Drive and implement technological developments within the companies; ensure they stay ahead of the competition 
• Supervising digitisation processes within the various entities 
• Final responsibility for engineering, execution and delivery
• Provide technical assistance to the sales team 
• Responsible for quotations and follow-up of all major customers 
• Recruitment and training of the new technicians

You will need a thorough background for this executive position. Our client expects the following:

• Master in electrical engineering / engineering 
• Perfectly bilingual 
• Extensive knowledge of the Jambon Act, of fire protection and implementation (s21-100) and knowledge of CCTV and acces 
• Decisive and decisive person with experience as a project manager 
• Good social and communication skills
• Initiative and assertions
