Function

As a Technical Commercial Assistant, you will be responsible for selling all excavator supplies within a team of colleagues. You have frequent customer contact to help existing and new customers with their customer questions.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • With your (technical) product knowledge, you are the commercial link between the customer and our company from the inside sales department.
  • You will provide information and advise customers in person, by e-mail or over the phone about our product range and services.
  • You ensure correct and fast processing of orders and quotations, including all relevant communication to the customer, suppliers and the internal organisation. In doing so, you monitor progress.
  • Administrative processing and periodic reporting are also in good hands with you. You actively think along about (process) improvements and contribute to their implementation.
  • You will actively look for and pursue opportunities in the market.
  • You will provide support in various administrative tasks.
  • You provide support to the field service.
  • You guide customers to the online shops.
