Function
For our client in Ghent, we are looking for a Technical Operator HVAC.
- The salesperson comes to you with a question from a customer (B2B)
- You will produce quotations for various HVAC applications, a large part of your quotations will be are about heat pumps
- You will follow up on quotations and provide technical advice to customers and sales
- You process your files administratively with the ERP system
- This is an internal function
- You will be part of the technical department which has 3 colleagues's
- You will report to the technical manager
- You will work Monday to Friday and every 2 weeks Saturday morning

Profile
To start work as a Technical Operator HVAC, we are looking for someone with the following qualities.
- Completed technical training or equivalent through experience
- Minimum of a first working experience in a similar role
- Able to read technical drawings and electrical schematics's
- Knowledge of how heat pumps work
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Communicates smoothly and clearly
- You are willing to work half a Saturday every fortnight
- You are computer literate
Organisation
This company is a distributor of HVAC and plumbing applications. They are located in Ghent and will exist 80 years next year. It is a family business and employs 14 people. They operate mainly in East Flanders and the customers are professional installers and installation companies.
Offer

- Gross monthly salary based on experience and skills
