Technical Administrative Officer (Residential projects)

To strengthen our Bruges office, we are looking for a technical administrative assistant to support the estimation department.
The profile we are looking for is punctual, administratively strong and has a good base of technical knowledge.
Initial experience in the construction industry is definitely an advantage in this regard.
You will work in support of the calculator, mainly pulling the strings in terms of administration and follow-up.
Some of your tasks:
Checking requisition statements
Preparation and follow-up of contracts and order forms
Prepare price requests after calculation, and send them out to subcontractors
Making up expense books with a commercial angle
Pass on and follow up remarks from calculation, such as errors on plan , adjustments in EPB, ...

You already have initial administrative experience
You have technical knowledge and/or experience in the construction industry
You feel comfortable in a supportive, administrative role

You work fluently with MS Office 365
