Helpdesk

• Answer technical calls.
• Receiving and managing request for documents.

Invoicing damage

• Management of quotations and claims.
• Management and follow-up of damage files (photos, technical reports, etc.).

Checks

• Plan and manage SCC checks, lifting equipment and electrical checks.

Archive and technical file

• Manage file machinery.
• Creation of equipment sheets and technical sheets in Navision.
• CMK calculation.
• Master database (database management).

Ideally, you already have several years of experience in an administrative position within a technical environment.
