What tasks are you responsible for?

• Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Support project leaders for their orders.
• Follow up on price requests for bid projects and tenders.
• Entry of purchase and sales invoices, pro forma invoices, delivery and freight notes.
• Monitoring planning, site declarations, guarantees, insurance policies and inspections are part of your duties.

This company is a contractor in general earthworks for public tenders and infrastructure (parking, environmental works for subdivisions, utility lines, sewers, etc.).

They employ about 80 people.

Every week fresh fruit arrives at work and they paddle on Friday afternoons.

Before the leave there is a summer barbecue, training days and a Friday drink.

Who am I looking for?

• You are strong in administration.
• Structured work is just your thing.
• You have technical knowledge.
• You like to take initiative.
• MS Office is not unknown to you.
• Working independently is not a challenge for you.
