In the role of Treasury Team lead we are looking for someone who can bring together the elements of treasury, corporate finance and business partnering in a company that operates internationally. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ad hoc projects that are often linked to the growth of the Group. Such projects constitute the bulk of the activities;
• Setting up a new cash forecasting system in PowerBI so that the cash forecast of all Power Houses can be monitored and, for example, funding requirements can be anticipated in good time;
• Integration of newly acquired companies. This includes setting up non-recourse commercial finance and cash pools, integration into TMS & harmonisation of bank accounts;
• Hedging in the context of current inflation;
• Set up internal dividend framework;
• Daily review of the cash position of the group;
• Lenders reporting: monthly overview of financial situation to investors;
• Monitoring investor relations process quarterly;
• Follow up and implement internal procedures linked to the Treasury Policy;
• Other various reports and follow up of internal procedures;
• Contributing to automation and optimisation.

In the summer of 2023, the team will move to Kortrijk, where it will be based from then on.

As Teamlead Treasury you are/will be:

• Master's degree in an economic field or equivalent through experience;
• Experience in Controlling, M&A or Treasury is a must;
• Strong knowledge of financial processes;
• Knowledge of Tax is a big plus;
• Experience in managing and/or supervising a team;
• A team player, but you can also work perfectly independently;
• Punctual, precise and accurate;
• Analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Willing is willing to think strategically and to take the organisation to the next level. lift the organisation to the next level.
