Teamlead Fraud Department

As team lead at this company in Aartselaar, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a high-performing team of fraud analysts. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Briefing and preparing your team.
• Ensuring the optimal performance of your team and coaching your team members.
• Timely reporting of staff shortages and figures, among other things.
• Ensure information flow between the different departments (banking team and the domain lead team).
• Ensuring your team is aware of procedures and their operational knowledge is up to date.
• Letters to the head of banking service.

As the ideal candidate for this team lead position, you possess the following competencies:

• Experience in managing a team, preferably in a call centre environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Stress resistance and decisiveness.
• Targeted.
• Responsibility and discretion.
• Communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
• Affinity with the banking sector.
• Strong computer knowledge (Office programmes's).
• Available for full-time employment of 40 hours per week with paid ADV days (hourly schedule Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00 + flexibility (on-call) if your team needs you; they work 24/7).
• Blank certificate good conduct and morals.
• You are willing to undertake your 6-8-week training in Brussels.
