Team leader Service

As Team leader services, specialising in refrigeration technology and heat pumps, you will be the pivotal figure ensuring flawless service. You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 technicians who carry out repairs on existing installations. Your duties will include:

• Providing necessary technical explanations and information to the team.
• Ensure availability of appropriate materials.
• Formatting and managing the schedule.
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of the work performed.
• Maintain communication with customers and ensure excellent customer service.

For the position of Team leader services We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a managerial position within the engineering sector.
• Extensive knowledge of refrigeration technologies and/or heat pumps.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Good communication skills and customer orientation.
• Technical training or equivalent through experience.

The company specialises in the installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems, air conditioners and

heat pumps. Private individuals, businesses and industry can all come to them.
