Logistics team leader

What profile is our client located in Ruddervoorde looking for for the open vacancy of team leader logistics? - You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a logistics field or you have gained similar experience - You are a born leader who has experience in guiding, motivating and coaching employees - You have a keen eye for organisation and like to get things done - You enjoy helping your team members go the extra mile - You have a valid certificate for both reach truck and forklift truck or you are willing to obtain one - Safety Working together is in your blood and you enjoy it - You are flexible and know how to adapt to changing circumstances - You have extensive knowledge of logistics processes and like to think along with others about improvements

Our client located in Ruddervoorde is looking for an experienced logistics team leader. What will be part of your duties in this position? - You supervise the logistics team in a positive and supportive manner, assisting them with questions and problems - You accurately register incoming and outgoing goods in the computerised WMS system - You take care of the necessary administrative tasks - You ensure that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently - You actively assist in the daily operations and jump in where necessary - You report directly to the Managing Director and keep them informed of progress

Our client is a food company in the Ruddervoorde region. It is a supplier to the food industry in the BeNeLux.
