Function

As Tax Manager at our client, you will play a key role in supporting and further developing our tax department. Your expertise will help our clients navigate the complex tax landscape, assisting them with tailor-made solutions and optimising taxation within their files. This will make you an essential part of our team and our clients' growing portfolio.

As Tax manager, you can expect the following duties:

  • Act as first point of contact for employees on tax issues.
  • Advise and assist clients on tax optimisations and returns.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies tailored to specific client needs.
  • Working with case managers and executives to seamlessly integrate tax services into our business processes.
  • Taking responsibility for following up on tax changes and case law.

Organisation

Our client is a dynamic accounting firm that came into being since 2017 with a determined team of 3 employees and 150 files. Six years later, they have expanded to a powerful team of 12, managing more than 400 files. The firm is still looking to grow and is therefore looking for a new colleague.

Profile

As Tax Manager, you are/have:

Job requirements:

  • Relevant work experience as a tax manager within the accountancy or tax consultancy practice or a relevant education behind in taxation
  • Thorough knowledge of tax legislation and experience advising SMEs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent command of Dutch, both oral and written.
