Your duties as a Surveyor: - You will be responsible for calculating and controlling the quantity of chemical cargoes between Ghent and Antwerp. Especially for the terminal in Ghent. - You take representative samples of chemical cargoes, gases, oils, etc. on board ships and land tanks. You take these samples to the lab for checking - You report your findings - You coordinate loading and unloading operations of chemical cargoes over time

Our client is an established fixed port specialising in chemical cargo control. They are part of a listed group. The company has been experiencing solid growth for several years. The offices are located in the heart of the port and are not accessible by public transport.
