• 50% of your time will be spent physically describing places using a dictaphone and 50% will be needed for report writing;
• You will back up the cases with photos and reports;
• You act as an intermediary between the contractor and the owner/tenant;
• Place descriptions are drawn up at the start of works, rental damage, start of rental, etc. This can be done for private houses, warehouses, airports, castles,...

For the vacancy of surveyor in Temse, you will be working for a surveyor's office that carries out the following activities, among others: planting of foundation piles, houses, small and large industrial buildings, works of art, tracks, measuring the existing situation, GPS measurements, wall sampling, subdivision, site descriptions before and after the works, site descriptions of rented land, boundary disputes, estimates. The team of site descriptions is looking for reinforcement. In total, 30 colleagues work for our client. The surveying office is active in 80% construction and 20% land surveying. Clients are located throughout Belgium and sometimes far beyond (Sweden, Denmark).
