Surveyor

The job as Surveyor provides a wage according to knowledge, experience and wishes. 

You will work from 8 am to 5 pm in a 40-hour system. This means that you build up 12 ADV days on top of your 20 statutory days off. 

The construction leave is followed. The necessary flexibility is available if you have to leave earlier due to a private appointment.

You will be working in a very beautiful office building. 

The job as Surveyor looks like this:

• You are responsible for following up the project from A to Z
• For the incoming price requests, you ensure an accurate calculation
• If necessary, you will ask the customer for a visit in the showroom
• You take care of the measurement at the customer's home
• After the project approval you place the order for the materials and take care of the planning of the installers
• In the workshop you follow up your ongoing project
• Occasionally you go to the yard for follow-up

A team of 60 people is responsible for the daily growth of the company. Besides windows and doors, they are also active in shop fitting.

Customers come to them by word of mouth.

• Building technology diploma or equivalent through experience 

• Experience in a similar position may be a plus

• Dealing with customers will bring out your commercial side 
• Good Dutch knowledge and a basic French is sufficient 
• Due to the low turnover in the company, we are looking for someone with a long-term vision
• The Reynapro programme can be taught, knowledge of Word and Excel are expected.
