• Ensuring the quality of incoming goods, services and processes within our supply chain, so that the upstream process meets the quality standard used internally.
• Management, drafting and certification of the article numbers with corresponding specifications;
• Certification of the semi-finished and finished products;
• Certification of the Bill Of Material (BOM) with regard to semi-finished and finished articles;
• Charge Packaging Protocol (CVP) and associated annexes, review protocols with respect to customer and GMP requirements and
• certify;
• Participates in project meetings as the person responsible for the department;
• Support in the coordination of the internal audit programme and perform internal audits;
• Support in managing suppliers and service providers to ensure quality compliance;

1. Performing supplier audits;
2. Performing supplier assessments;
3. Drafting and following up supplier complaints;
4. Drafting and managing quality agreements.

The company is part of a group and is responsible for the packaging and labelling of medicines. 

• Bachelor level of thinking
• Preferably knowledge and experience of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines;
• Preferably knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems;
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office;
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages;
• High standards of quality and integrity;
