• You are responsible for managing and motivating a team of +- 25 employees within departments of Inpak and UFO.
• You are a people manager at heart. You make use of the tools offered (e.g. performance interviews) and you work closely with your production manager and the HR department.
• Achieving the production planning is a daily team objective. In doing so, you gear the staff planning to the needs of the production environment.
• You are a listening ear within your team and are attentive to training and other needs to continuously strengthen your team.
• You constantly take a critical look at the processes, develop proposals for optimising the processes and increasing the quality. Together with your team, you put these into practice.
• You consider safety to be of paramount importance and you radiate this to the rest of the organisation
• You report on a regular basis to the production manager as well as to other departments involved.
• You carry out the vision of the organisation and, together with your team, you actively work towards the completion of current projects.
