Software Trainer

What will you do?

• Provide training and webinars to customers on how to use the software.
• Training of the key users on site being the medical and paramedical staff, administrative staff.
• Carry out ad hoc and additional tasks, such as the preparation of documents and tools for internal use.
• 2nd line technical support, involved in software testing, ...
• Work closely with the Customer Support team, as well as with other departments such as R&D, etc...

• Have a strong interest in the IT sector and in the nursing and care home sector. You don't have to be an IT professional, but your interest in it will help.

• In writing and orally, you are a man/woman or X'je
