What does the job description of a site manager signalling look like? 

- You are responsible from A to Z for the assigned construction sites within the signalling department.

- Of course you will be assisted by their internal departments

- The daily management of the construction sites falls on your shoulders. This means that you are responsible for the organisation, coordination and control of these construction sites.

- Maintaining contact with all parties involved is also a very important aspect of the job.

- You will have great independence and autonomy in carrying out your assignments.

- The project leader is the person you will report to.

Our client is currently looking for a site manager for their signalling projects.
The company was founded in 1946 and has since grown into an established name in Belgium. With their activities at more than 125 sites, it is impossible to imagine our streets without them. They specialise in infra and construction work, but they do not stop there as they continue to expand into various other disciplines. What do we expect from you in order to qualify for the position of site manager?

- You have a professional Bachelor of Construction or Master of Construction.

- Do you already have a lot of experience as a site manager or in a similar position? Then you are also eligible!

- Safety is very important to you and you are also in possession of a VCA certificate for supervisors.

- Everything starts with good communication! Do you apply this yourself and do you encourage those around you to do the same? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

- As a site manager, you are a real problem solver; everyone can come to you with their questions and together you will look for an appropriate solution for the parties involved.

- Result orientation, independence, punctuality, problem solving and orderliness all sound familiar.
