Site manager Infrastructure

As an experienced Site Manager You play a crucial role in the day-to-day management and coordination of construction projects. You will be responsible for supervising the work, ensuring quality and safety on site and managing the team. Your expertise contributes to the successful delivery of projects. Construction sites are located on the axis Herentals - Brussels

• Coordinate daily work on the construction site.
• Managing and motivating the team.
• Monitor the safety, quality and progress of the project.
• Communicate with all parties involved, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Resolve unforeseen problems and challenges on site.

You will visit the sites in the morning and then return from Herentals around 3 am to complete the administration and follow up with colleagues. So if you live in the region, you will be ahead of the traffic jams and home quickly 😉

They are looking for an experienced Site Manager with the following qualifications:

• At least a few years' experience in a similar position.
• Construction diploma and a healthy chunk of 'gusto'
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
• Driving Licence B.
• Affinity and experience within Infra and or road works.
