HVAC site manager

For the position of HVAC site manager, you will be responsible for managing technical teams and preparing sites. You will perform tasks such as:

• Managing and supervising technicians at various project sites.
• Responsible for day-to-day management and coordination on site.
• Placing orders and coordinating logistics for the yard.
• Site preparation and follow-up of execution.
• Active participation in site meetings and coordination meetings.
• Guarantee safety and quality on site.
• Provide site administration and reporting.

This role requires regular presence on sites across Belgium, with a focus on the Brussels-Gent-Turnhout axis.

For this job of site manager, we are looking for someone with:

• Several years' experience as a site manager, preferably in the HVAC sector.
• Practical experience and progressed to site manager.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing different shifts.
• Good communication skills in Dutch; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC installations.
• Willingness to occasionally work inside for preparation and orders.
• Able to work smoothly and efficiently.

This family company specialises in HVAC & plumbing installations for industrial projects as well as office buildings, sports complexes, etc. They have their own in-house engineering office.

Their office is located in Essen, but their projects are spread all over Flanders, with a focus on Antwerp & Brussels.
