As a fibreglass site manager, your duties will include the following:

• You will be responsible for the smooth running of your sites within our telecom projects. This from study and design, permit phase, organisation, planning, ...
• You report to the project leader
• You manage the executive teams, both fibre optic welders, blowing teams and assembly works
• You have frequent contact with client and construction supervisors
• Striving for a customer-oriented solution around several problem sets, is your daily challenge
• You are responsible for all sites under your project leader

Our client is a well-established contracting company with several departments.

Among other things, they are present in the telecom sector. They also provide installation and maintenance of electromechanical installations and artworks, tunnel lighting, light signalling on runways of airports and airports, public lighting and much more.

• You hold a bachelor's degree in a field such as ICT, telecoms or electricity, or equivalent through experience
• You have knowledge of telecoms and/or ICT, this is an added advantage
• You are familiar with MS Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a great asset. You are eager to learn and quickly get to grips with the customer's new programmes and apps
• You have a sense of organisation, quality, safety and responsibility
• You can lead and can motivate employees
• You have knowledge of fibre optics, this is a plus
