Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you are the key figure on the construction site and are responsible for the day-to-day management and management of various construction projects. You will ensure the coordination and control of work and be the first point of contact for both the construction team and the client. Your duties include:

• Monitoring progress and quality of work
• Coordinating subcontractors and own staff
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Preparation and maintenance of site records
• Communicating with all stakeholders

For the position of Site Manager, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a construction field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a site manager or in a similar role
• Good communication skills and leadership
• Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
• In possession of a VCA certificate
