Site Manager

As a site manager, you will be responsible for preparing and fully coordinating the day-to-day operations of the site from structural phase to completion, ensuring that everyone on the site can do their job properly.

You watch over safety, health and the environment. So that all tasks are carried out according to the guidelines.

You can motivate employees.

The projects are class 8 sites and range between €5 million and €25 million. There are between 50 and 100 employees and subcontractors working at the same time.

Do you possess the following attributes?

• Bachelor of construction
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in site management of large projects (preferably class 8)
• Familiar with BIM & LEAN
• Good digital knowledge
• Thorough technical and spatial understanding
• Troubleshooter
• Planner/organiser
• Team-builder
• Strong in communication
• Focus on safety and quality
• Fluent in Dutch, English and a good knowledge of French
