Construction site manager - Antwerp province

• As site manager, you are the key figure on the construction site and form a close-knit team with the project manager and work planner.
• You will take charge of the overall execution of various construction projects and manage all employees and subcontractors.
• You will be responsible for coordinating work, preparing schedules and carrying out checks.
• Ensuring that all supplies such as materials, equipment and subcontractors are available on time is also part of your duties.
• You liaise with all stakeholders, including the client, architects, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Safety on site is your responsibility and you carry out regular inspections.
• Reporting of more and less work also falls under your competence.

Your profile

• You preferably have a Bachelor or Engineering degree in Construction Engineering and several years of relevant work experience.
• Being in possession of a VCA-VOL certificate or willing to obtain it at short notice is a requirement.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.
• You are communicatively strong, have leadership qualities and are able to make decisions efficiently.
• Problem-solving thinking and the ability to move quickly are essential skills for this position.
• A flexible attitude towards working hours and work locations is required.
• Knowledge of MS Office is a must.
