Site Manager

• You are responsible for the day-to-day follow-up of your assigned projects
• You are the internal and external point of contact on site for colleagues and customers
• You are responsible for monitoring subcontractors and ensuring the smooth running of the site
• You will assist the installation teams with technical problems
• You monitor the quality and safety regulations on sites
• You ensure that projects are finished on time and safely

Our client brings sustainable energy solutions within residential and industrial projects. For example, they install solar panels, charging stations and other technologies. Their approach allows customers to save on their energy bills from day one. They collaborate on these projects with about 200 employees and have offices in Ghent and Brussels in Belgium, as well as offices in Morocco and China.

• You have a bachelor's degree in construction engineering or equivalent through experience
• You speak Dutch, knowledge of French and/or English is a plus
• You are technically strong and enjoy sharing this knowledge with colleagues
• You are strong in organisation as well as in following up your work
• You are communicative, driven and strongly focused on cooperation and motivating employees
• You always adopt a solution-oriented approach during execution
• You bring projects to a successful conclusion with the necessary independence
