Site Manager

- Permanent contract of indefinite duration

- Salary according to knowledge and experience complemented by a company car, fuel card, laptop, etc

- Construction leave, 40h/week with 12 adv days

- A full-time job within a growing family-run business

- As a road construction site manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several construction sites.

- You will ensure proper site preparation, coordination and planning.

- You are responsible for correct site follow-up.

- While working, you will have the necessary attention to quality and safety.

- On site, you are the focal point for both internal colleagues and external parties.

- You have a higher construction engineering degree and/or equivalent through experience

- You speak good Dutch and preferably some English

- You have an interest in or knowledge of 3D controls, AutoCAD and MS Office

- You are in possession of a driving licence B

- You are stress-resistant and flexible

- You are driven and can complete projects independently

- You take a proactive approach and have strong problem-solving skills
