Site Manager

To carry out the job of Site Manager, you may expect the following: 

• You receive a gross monthly salary according to knowledge, experience and wishes 
• A Mercedes Break is waiting for you with a fuel card.

To carry out the job of Site Manager, you may expect the following tasks: 

• You are responsible for drawing up quotations, quotes and following up the settlement at the end of a project.
• In preparation of the construction site, you order the necessary materials, you also take care of the planning of the teams and the transport. 
• You provide the measurement statement
• You follow the site meetings 
• As soon as the project is underway, you will accompany the workers to the site for inspection, as well as to supervise them. 

For a family business in the Oudenaarde region, we are looking for a Site Manager. 

The company specialises in the assembly of industrial buildings, working mainly as a subcontractor. 

Foundation, demolition and earthworks can also be provided.

The projects are located in East and West Flanders.

To carry out the job of Site Manager, you should see yourself in the profile below: 

• You have received construction engineering training or equivalent through experience 
• You already have a first experience within a construction company, experience within the sector is a plus, not a must
• You have strong communication skills so that you can communicate well with customers, own employees and suppliers
• You have a social attitude because in this job you come into contact with many people
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of Dutch, English and French, this does not have to be perfect
