As site manager infrastructure you are responsible for the preparation and organisation of construction sites in the regions of West and East Flanders or Hainaut. Some of the tasks you will have to perform:

• As site manager infrastructure you actively participate in site meetings.
• You will be responsible for the preparation of a site file.
• You will order the necessary materials.
• As site manager infrastructure you always keep in mind the safety and deadlines of the site.
• You are easy to get along with in order to motivate and guide the workers.
• At the administrative level, you will closely follow up your file so that your colleagues can also go through it.

Our client is a contracting company that has been active in the installation of utility lines for public and private works for more than 70 years. They are known for their expertise in the field of infrastructure.

What profile am I looking for in the position of site manager for West and East Flanders or Hainaut?

• Preferably you already have some experience in the construction sector.
• You have a strong technical insight.
• As a site manager for infrastructure, you have a strong sense of perseverance.
• A 9-5 mentality is not for you.
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
• You like to take initiative and know how to convince people.
