Site Manager

The company follows the construction leave during the Christmas period, in the summer period and at Easter. Because you work 40 hours per week, you are entitled to 12 ADV days per year. Of these, you can take 6 days off.

If a project requires extra time in the evening or exceptionally at the weekend - these hours are recovered during the week.

When you start, you will be given the job of site manager;

-a gross salary commensurate with your experience

As a site manager you are responsible for the following;

- between 8 and 15 own projects

- Reviewing and implementing the planning of workers

- rent your own necessary equipment, make sure it is available at the yard

- a direct line of communication between production, project leader and foremen, ...

- your own pro-active thinking

- the safety of your colleagues on your sites

- A little bit of administration (e.g.: ordering work platforms and cable lifts, checking invoices for what you have ordered, ...) But don't worry, you can outsource the calculation. Do you recognise yourself in this vacancy for site manager?
