Site Manager

• You do the preparatory work for the start-up of the construction site.
• You draw up the planning together with your colleague and direct contact.
• You contact the customer
• You follow up 4 to 8 yards at a time

The sites are located in East and West Flanders. You go directly to the site or visit the office first. You work with permanent subcontractors and self-employed people for the construction sites. You also have a team of 4 colleagues.

• Experience in a position as site manager is an asset
• You have knowledge of Dutch
• You can work with the Office package
