Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced site manager in structural work for this vacancy in Brasschaat.

Your task package as a site manager is as follows:

• You are responsible for the organisation of a construction site, including equipment and materials, and you manage the work force.
• You take into account the financial resources.
• You inspect the work, taking into account the specifications.
• You check the quality of the work delivered.
• You report to the manager.
• You will work on construction sites for new builds and for renovations.
• On a daily basis, you will carry out the necessary administration, such as calculating manpower and equipment, preparing progress reports or work statements, preparing construction site meetings, keeping the site diary, etc.

• You already have several years of experience as a site manager in structural work.

• You can work fluently with PC and standard programmes such as Excel.
• You are very precise and punctual

• You know how to motivate and direct workers.
