• ability to spontaneously solve problems
• maintaining the relationship with clients (mainly councils)
• follow up on administrative tasks; financial handling of the yards; help determine and monitor the budgets for the allocated sites
• follow-up of costs; making sure the receipts leave
• attending site meetings
• check yards
