Site Manager

For the vacancy as site manager industrial building we are looking for someone who wants to take on the follow-up of large projects. You will be responsible for the following tasks

• Project administration and planning at the site;
• Managing and motivating your own employees and subcontractors;
• supervising the quality of the work delivered and safety on the site;
• Maintaining contacts with the client, subcontractors and suppliers.

For the vacancy of Site Manager Industrial Construction, we are looking for an ambitious candidate who can identify with the following profile:

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture or equivalent through experience;
• Safety on the work site is a priority for you;
• Your leadership skills ensure that you are always able to motivate your colleagues;
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a basic understanding of English.
