As a Life Sciences & Healthcare forwarder, your duties will be as follows: - You are responsible for organising, coordinating and executing logistics processes related to pharmaceutical products. -You are the point of contact for customers and ensure flawless handling of shipments, taking into account specific requirements and regulations regarding Cold Chain, GDP, Etc. - You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all logistics processes run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: - Coordinate import and export shipments of pharmaceutical products, including documentation. - Liaise with customers, suppliers and carriers to monitor the progress of shipments and resolve any issues. - Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to pharmaceutical products and prepare required documentation. - Act as an advisor to customers regarding logistics issues and solutions. - Proactively identify improvement opportunities in logistics processes and contribute to the development of more efficient ways of working.
