Shiftleader

You will lead and bear ultimate responsibility for a production team in order to ensure the safe, qualitative and quantitative operational execution of production orders, making optimal use of in-house and support resources.

- Directly oversees the production process and monitors quality and productivity;

- Is responsible for achieving planned production in compliance with internal rules and procedures: safety, quality, profitability....;

- Drafting and implementing action plans to improve efficiency and/or KPIs

- Ensures efficient and balanced deployment of people and resources;

- Acts solution-oriented, including across shifts.

- Responsible for training and evaluations of production workers

- Encourages employees in their development.

You will work in 2 shifts.

Master's level of thinking or equivalent through experience

- 5-8 years of process and leadership experience

- Languages: Dutch, English

- Having knowledge of or experience with cGMP is a plus
