Shift manager

• Leading and motivating the production team during the shift.
• Efficient work distribution and monitoring of production planning.
• Monitor product quality and intervene in case of deviations.
• Immediate intervention in case of technical failures or operational problems.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Function as liaison between management and production staff.
• Support the training of new employees and promote team development.
• Maintain production records and report performance and incidents.

• Affinity with engineering and technical processes
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in the food sector
• Experience in a managerial role
• Innovative thinker who actively contributes to improvements
• Proactive attitude and taking initiative
• Strong in organisation and communication
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system
