You will immediately receive a permanent contract and a gross monthly salary in line with the market. 

You get a company car (type Audi A4) at your disposal that you can also use privately. 

You have 20 statutory days of leave, and you can take overtime in recuperation or have it paid out.

For our client specialised in machines for product control, metal detection and weighing & volume measurement we are looking for a Service Technician. 

You will test, install and commission machines and equipment. In addition, you will resolve faults and carry out preventive maintenance at customers in production.

Providing training and advice to customers is also part of your responsibilities. 

You will also always prepare reports for the customer that can be used for audits.

You will visit an average of 2 customers per day and you can start from home. Customers are located all over Belgium.

The head office is in Antwerp, but you do not have to be there very often. It is, however, ensured that you can always contact your colleagues by telephone and always have a back-up.  

It does not matter where in Belgium you live. 

You will be part of a team of 4 technicians. 

This company sells customised machines for product control, metal detection, weighing and volume measurement for production. After the sale, they also offer service on these devices. Their customers are mainly in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The company currently consists of 10 employees. They have just moved into a new office in Antwerp. There is a very dynamic atmosphere. 

We are looking for someone with an A2 diploma in electromechanics or someone equivalent through experience. 

Both experienced candidates and recent graduates are welcome.

You are expected to be able to work well independently but also to communicate fluently with the office and fellow technicians. 

You are the face of the company and deal with customers in a professional and commercial manner.

On the other hand, if a customer has impossible wishes, you dare to raise them and then try to propose an alternative solution. 

You don't mind working overtime sometimes. This goes both ways, when you finish early at a customer's, you also go home.
