Service Team Supervisor HVAC

• You will advise our customers and technicians both technically and commercially over the phone or on site
• You can analytically recognise the customer's problems and offer them the appropriate solution / assess the situation
• You check the quality of the service department and help evaluate the technicians
• You guarantee correct compliance with all safety rules and set an example to your employees in this respect
• Preparation of quotations for maintenance contracts or for replacement of existing and/or new HVAC installations
• Ordering necessary materials for maintenance and repairs
• You are responsible for following up maintenance contracts with our customers
• You can recognise an urgent problem and escalate it when necessary
• You ensure that all necessary materials are always present during preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC installations in consultation with the planner
• You take care of the administrative and technical management of your contracts together with the service manager

Our client is the point of contact for cooling, heating and air conditioning systems in the tertiary sector. They provide a complete service; from advice, delivery and installation to maintenance and service.

• You obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics/HVAC or have a nice similar experience 
• You have extensive knowledge of electricity and HVAC, preferably in building technology
• You are also strong administratively and can maintain good customer contacts
• You have previously proven your ability to smoothly manage a team
• You can work fluently with MS-Office
• You breathe "technique"
• You are an enthusiastic person with a healthy dose of responsibility
• You can work perfectly well independently but also enjoy working in a team
• You hold a valid VCA certificate or are willing to obtain it
• Working safely is a matter of course for you
• You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of French
• You have a driving licence B
