After-sales service planner

As Service Planner After Sales, you will be the lynchpin between our service technicians and customers. Your role includes the following responsibilities:

• You take care of the planning for the service technicians and keep them informed of any changes and additional interventions.
• You are the direct contact for both service technicians and customers and you handle questions and problems with the necessary professionalism.
• Via e-mail and phone, you handle after-sales issues efficiently and customer-focused.
• Your foresight ensures the smooth running of all projects in progress.
• Together with the Project Manager, you optimise processes and working procedures.
• You have regular contact with other departments such as Sales, Production and Work Preparation to exchange information and keep things running smoothly.

• You are a fluent and professional communicator, internally and externally.
• You are known for your good organisational skills and proactivity.
• You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent through relevant experience.
• You preferably have five years of operational experience in service planning.
• You have a perfect command of Dutch and also speak a fair bit of French.
• You are administratively strong and easily find your way around Excel. Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
