As Service Manager, you will lead a variety of projects around maintenance and minor modification works. You deliver technical solutions that meet the needs and requirements of the customer, the contractual agreements, while respecting the technical regulations, safety, scope, methodology, budget, timing and quality. 

  • Leading and further developing the 'services' pillar within operations
  • Management and control of project implementation from A to Z
  • Organisation and coordination of the teams, staff and external partners involved
  • Realisation of agreed schedule and deadlines
  • Efficient communication (timely & correct) with all internal and external parties

Our client has been an expert in medium and high voltage installations since 1980. For their customers, they provide turnkey solutions for temporary and permanent power solutions.
Products are built and modified in its own workshops. These products include medium-voltage installations, low-voltage boards, yard cabins, capacitor batteries, counter assemblies, electrogear groups and transformers. Because the company is not tied to brand or supplier products, they can work with their customers to find the best solution for the situation. Two out of three of the new projects end up with our customer through word-of-mouth advertising from other satisfied customers. Safety and expertise are hugely important to the customer. That is why they offer customised training courses on a regular basis.


  • You are a Bachelor in Electricity or equivalent through experience
  • You have an eye for customer needs and know how to turn them into customer-oriented solutions
  • You always go for results and concrete measurable actions
  • Thanks to your excellent communication skills in Dutch and French, you manage to communicate your arguments clearly
  • Your planning and organisational skills are strong
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
