Function

For our client in the medical sector, we are looking for a Service Engineer. You will perform maintenance on different types of medical equipment in hospitals mainly. It concerns endoscopes, machines for medical imaging, video processors and various devices for hygiene, safety and disinfection in a medical environment.

You will mainly carry out preventive maintenance in hospitals. You will visit approximately 1 customer per day.

You will also perform curative maintenance and installations of new appliances. When the repair is too difficult, the appliance is returned to the workshop in the Netherlands anyway.

You make a report of every intervention. Within the medical sector, the "chain of evidence" is very important, everything must be well documented.

About 1 day a week you will go to the workshop in Dodewaart for training and carrying out repairs.

From time to time, you also go to HQ in Germany for training on new devices.

This company is part of a Japanese multinational but has retained its individuality and independence. The office in Antwerp employs 4 people, in the Benelux 15. Team-buildings are organised so that you can see your colleagues on a regular basis. The company is very stable.
