Service Engineer Domestic Appliances

• Clerical contract for an indefinite period

• Installing and repairing appliances at customers' premises (mainly private individuals)
• Advise customers on the optimal use of their device
• Recommend other products
• Taking care of a correct administration including your spare parts management. The spare parts are delivered in your van to your home address at night
• Reporting to the Field Service Manager

• You have completed a higher/technical education (Electromechanics/Electronics) or you are equivalent through experience
• Preferably you already have a first work experience as a Technician or you have a strong knowledge of electricity
• You have the ability to make contact and are driven to provide excellent service to customers
• You can diagnose quickly and accurately
• You work independently and are conscientious
• You are in possession of a driving licence B
• You are able to be flexible and you keep a good work schedule
