Function

As a Service Desk employee, you will be part of a small but close team where customer service is key. You process the incoming questions from customers that are entrusted to you and always look for the best solution. You provide a friendly and correct service at all times.

Thanks to your substantive knowledge of the software, you help the customer further by providing functional support for specific software-related questions. If necessary, you know how to escalate problems or incidents correctly to your manager or the costumer service manager who, together with the team of developers, further analyse the problem. You provide the necessary input and specifications of the problem. After analysis and development of a solution, you communicate this back to the customer(s) concerned.

Profile

  • Bilingual (NL/FR) is a must
  • Experience in service desk 1st &/or 2d line
  • Sharepoint
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (JIRA, autotask) is a plus
  • Customer-oriented
  • Administratively precise
  • Analytics thinking skills and practical insight
  • Communicative, flexible and easily approachable
  • Hands on mentality
  • Team player
  • Copes well with stressful situations
  • Experience with registration systems is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office365 is necessary
