Service Assistant HVAC

• You give advice to the customer and technician, both technically and commercially, over the phone and on the spot
• You analytically recognise the customer's problem and offer him the appropriate solution.
• You analyse the technical possibilities with the customer and the technician.
• You work out HVAC studies of small projects.
• You are responsible for drawing up quotations and following them up.
• You take care of the inventory of the working material.
• You manage the complete maintenance planning in consultation with the Service Planner.
• You visit our customers and make an inventory of the equipment to be maintained.

Our client is the point of contact for cooling, heating and air conditioning systems in the tertiary sector. They provide a complete service; from advice, delivery and installation to maintenance and service.

• You have a bachelor's degree in electromechanics, option climatization is a plus.
• You can present a relevant experience in the heating and/or cooling techniques.
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
• You can work with a computer.
• You are in possession of a valid driving licence B.
• You have a flexible attitude towards working hours.
• You have a good technical insight.
• You are a commercial team player
• You think in terms of problem-solving and act accordingly.
• You recognise priorities and can work analytically.
