What will be your responsibilities as a senior project leader?

• You will manage and build up a team of workers.
• As a senior project leader, you will develop a network of subcontractors and suppliers for the techniques.
• You will share your experience with the junior project leaders so that they can eventually work independently.
• As a senior project leader, you will follow up the projects, sometimes in cooperation with the junior project leader.
• You will work in the region of West and East Flanders and Northern France.

What started as a modest company with two employees has today grown into a solid company with 175 employees. They are active in prefab construction (metal, wood and concrete) with specialisation in the realisation of industrial, agricultural and SME buildings.

Their assignments are becoming increasingly large and complex, and this is also increasing their know-how and expertise. What profile am I looking for in this Senior Project Leader position?

• You have a construction-technical knowledge/background.
• You have experience in industrial construction and techniques.
• As a senior project leader, you have strong communication skills and are easy to get along with.
• Knowledge of Autocad, MS Office and TEKLA is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of Dutch and French.
