• Follow up on customer questions and advise them technically about the best possible solution
• Preparing and drawing up quotations and sending them to the customers. You take care of the further follow-up
• Processing all information in the CRM system
• You will be working closely with your colleagues in the office and the field

• You have a (higher) degree in a technical direction
• Experience in the HVAC sector (heating - ventilation - air conditioning) is a plus
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and French
• Knowledge of English is an asset
• You are commercially minded and easy on the phone
