Responsible CNC department

You will have a varied job in a stable family business with motivated colleagues and a young and modern machine park (Haas, Mondiale, TOS).

You work in daytime hours in a 38-hour week, whereby your weekend starts 2 hours earlier on Friday. You will immediately get a contract of indefinite duration and a market conformable salary supplemented with group and hospitalisation insurance.

You will be working within the plastic processing industry. Your role will consist of two parts. On the one hand, you will work hands-on and, on the other, you will be able to take on a part of the planning and management within the CNC department.

-You are responsible for piecework and small series as well as the assembly of CNC machines.

-You are also responsible for setting and adjusting the CNC machines.

-You help create the internal planning for the department.

-After internal training you can grow into a manager and responsible for the department (3-4 people).

-If knowledge is required, you also adapt drawings in Autocad where necessary.

Our client is a fast-growing family company in Beveren-Waas.

As a niche producer of machine parts, seals and corrosion protection linings, they have a diverse customer base.

For this position, you preferably meet the following requirements:

-Minimum A2 degree in mechanics/mechanical design techniques or equivalent.

-Knowledge of programming in G-codes.

-You have at least a first working experience as a CNC milling turner.

-Accuracy, a sense of responsibility and motivation are important in the job.

-You preferably live in the region.

-Knowledge of Autocad is a plus.
