R&D Engineer

As an R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative products and technologies. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to conduct research and take new ideas from concept to prototype. Your tasks include:

• Design and conduct experiments and tests.
• Analyse research findings and translate them into practical applications.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate product development.
• Document and report research progress and findings.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the field.

We are looking for a talented R&D Engineer with the following qualifications:

• Completed technical education at HBO or WO level.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in R&D or product development.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of CAD software and prototyping techniques.
• Basic programming skills for developing test setups.
• Good communication and project management skills.
