Quality Plant Engineer

As Quality Plant Engineer, you maintain and build a good relationship with the customers, as well as with the production.

You are responsible for the quality of the delivered products.

Responsibilities;

You handle customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with effectively in the plant;

You are in close contact with production and provide support when necessary;

You monitor internal losses and implement actions and improvements to reduce them;

You perform process audits on the work floor;

You will also be partly responsible for setting up, maintaining and further developing a solid and sustainable Control Plan;

You provide information on customer concerns and observations on the workfloor to the Best Practice and Lesson learned teams.

An internationally active manufacturer with a large portfolio of products for the automotive, marine and mass transit industry is looking for a Quality Plant Engineer to strengthen their international team in Belgium.

For the position of Quality Plant Engineer you have:

1. University or technical studies (quality, engineering, or others)
2. At least 1-3 years of experience in similar positions;
3. Experience within Quality is a great asset;
4. Preferably experience within automotive companies;
5. Fluent in English (spoken and written);
6. Good knowledge of:

• IATF, VDA 6.3, CoP,
• Customer requirements,
• FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP Core Tools,
• Problem solving methods
